About me

My name is Hilfra and I live in Rayleigh with my husband and my two sons.

I have been teaching Baby Massage for over 17 years.

Massage has helped sons with common problems, such as colic, reflux, growing pains, chronic constipation, anxiety, and sleep problems.

These experiences gave me the confidence and knowledge to share with other families. I find my work with families and caregivers both stimulating and heartwarming, especially when i see parents interacting with their babies in ways they hadn't before.

When a parent hears from others that they are not alone in their worries and finds comfort in learning massage techniques that make a difference,

I am delighted to know that the classes have such a positive impact.

"Just getting out the house makes a difference - it's something to look forward to every week."

As well as teaching baby and child massage, I also work in a variety of schools specialising in children with emotional and additional needs including ADHD, Autism from ages 3 to 19.

Many years of experience with babies and children have allowed me to develop a gold-standard class that offers more than the typical massage found in other classes.
